Our Therapeutic Approach
A4H follows a Jungian philosophy where we believe that our clients have the ability and strengths to heal, and the therapists have the expertise and the tools to guide the process. Our therapists have over 35 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages with all mental health and substance abuse conditions.
